Sunrise Manor staff, residents move to new facility Wednesday

July 22, 2009, was called a “day of history-making” at the groundbreaking ceremony for a new Sunrise Manor Nursing Home.
More than two years later, another piece of history is complete as is construction on the 100,000-square feet facility. The state has made its final inspection and given approval for the 120-or-so Sunrise residents to be moved to their new rooms Wednesday, Sept. 28.
