LaRue County Chamber of Commerce Golf Scramble
The LaRue County Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring a golf scramble on Friday, April 12, at the LaRue County Golf Course. Rain date is April 19. Entry fee is $65 individual; $260 team. Fee includes lunch, cart, beverages and all contests. Mulligans are $5 each. Shotgun start is at noon; lunch will be served at 11 a.m. Prizes include $400 plus 50 percent of jackpot, hole-in-one and door prizes. For more information, call Krista Levee at 270-358-3411.

Project Graduation Golf Scramble
LaRue County Project Graduation is sponsoring a golf scramble on Saturday, April 13, at the LaRue County Golf Course, 1175 Greensburg Road, Hodgenville. Registration begins at 8 a.m.; shotgun start is at 9 a.m. The cost is $50 per golfer with a maximum of four per team. Includes lunch, green fees and golf cart. Cash prizes for first, second, third and last. Hole sponsors are also needed – $50 or $100. The Fort Knox committee of Ducks Unlimited will hold its third annual “Sportsman’s Night Out” at 6 p.m. April 27 at V.F.W. Post 10281, 299 Briggs Lane in Vine Grove. Chicken barbecue fundraiser benefits football team

The LaRue County High School Football Team will host a chicken barbecue fundraiser noon to 3 p.m. April 28 at Sportsman Lake in Hodgenville. Tickets are $10 and include a quarter chicken, two sides, dessert and drink; dine-in or carryout. For more information, contact Sara Phelps at 270-300-6286.
