Updated physical needed

Golf instruction

LaRue County Schools Youth Service Center is sponsoring golf instruction for beginners to experienced, 6th-12th grades. One-on-one and group sessions available. To schedule a time, call Rip Collins at 358-5984 or Jorge Venegas at 358-2210. Golf clubs available upon request.

Cornhole in Bonnieville

Bonnieville Days will hold a cornhole tournament at 3 p.m. CST July 3 at Bonnieville Game Room parking lot. Part of the fees will be donated to Crusade for Children. White Mills Days 5K Run

Summer basketball league

Lady Hawks Basketball Camp

LaRue County girls’ basketball will hold a camp for 1st-8th grade girls on July 7-9. Camp fee is $30 per girl and includes a T-shirt and three days of instruction. The camp will run 10 a.m.-noon at LaRue County High School.

Youth soccer camp

The LaRue County High School soccer team will hold a youth soccer camp 9 a.m.-1 p.m. July 17 at the high school’s all-purpose building. Camp includes one-on-one training with a high school soccer player and a goalkeeper training camp for ages U8 and up (for those interested in playing goalie). Cost is $25.
