Charges have been dismissed or diverted against six people involved in an altercation in July.
Defendants occasionally are granted a diverted sentence in which a charge is eventually expunged if they meet certain criteria.
Christopher R. Schmittou, 21, of Hodgenville, was charged with three counts of terroristic threatening, third degree. The charges were diverted for six months and will be reviewed in June.
Whitney Thomas of Buffalo was charged with assault, fourth. Those charges were also diverted.
Charges were dismissed against four men who were each charged with three counts of complicity, terroristic threatening. They are Eric T. Clark, 23, of Hodgenville; James Michael Key, 24, of Hodgenville; Edward Thomas McClain, 24, of Buffalo; and Dustin Helm of Buffalo.
The cases were heard in LaRue District Court.
