About a week after Six Flags announced an upcoming job fair, the Louisville amusement park decided to reject its lease with the Kentucky State Fair board.
Six Flags proposed a new lease arrangement for the Kentucky Kingdom park to the fair board. Those proposals were not accepted and the park will cease operations. Management blamed the economy.
