Several local people indicted in Hart County

A Hart County grand jury indicted several people in October.

They include:

Sarah M. Sallee, 25, of Magnolia was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine) and complicity; possession of marijuana and complicity; and possession of drug paraphernalia and complicity.

Michelle L. Lineske, 33, of Sonora, was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine) and complicity; possession of marijuana and complicity; and possession of drug paraphernalia and complicity.

Clarence R. Stinson, 21, of Upton, was indicted on one count each of cultivating five or more marijuana plants; possession of a firearm while committing an offense; and possession of marijuana and complicity.

Jeffrey K. Collins, 40, of Magnolia, was indicted on one count each of first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and complicity; possession of marijuana and complicity; possession of drug paraphernalia and complicity; and persistent felony offender.

Wesley K. Cox, 20, of Upton, was indicted on one count each of cultivating five or more marijuana plants and complicity; possession of a firearm while committing an offense and complicity; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine); possession of marijuana and complicity; public intoxication; and promoting contraband.

Debra J. Whitlow, 48, of Hodgenville, was indicted on one count each of possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine) and complicity; possession of marijuana and complicity; and possession of drug paraphernalia and complicity.

Arraignment is Nov. 1.

The indictment of a person by a grand jury is an accusation only and the person is innocent until and unless proven guilty.
