Several indicted by LaRue grand jury

Several people were indicted Monday, Dec. 16, by a LaRue County grand jury.

Brian Clyde Thompson (1973), of Sonora, was charged with first-degree possession of controlled substance and complicity; tampering with physical evidence; possession of drug paraphernalia and complicity; and cultivating marijuana less than 5 plants and complicity. The alleged crimes occurred Aug. 12. He is accused of acting alone or in concert with Tina Thompson.

Bond was set at $9,500 cash only upon condition of dusk-to-dawn curfew except for employment, medical or family emergencies.

The Greater Hardin County Narcotics Task Force investigated. 

Tina Michelle Thompson (1973), of Sonora, was charged with first-degree possession of controlled substance and complicity; and possession of drug paraphernalia and complicity. The alleged crimes occurred Aug. 12. She is accused of acting alone or in concert with Brian Thompson.

Bond was set at $9,500 cash only upon condition of dusk-to-dawn curfew except for employment, medical or family emergencies.

The Greater Hardin County Narcotics Task Force investigated.

Chrystal Lynn York (1984), of Upton, was charged with manufacturing methamphetamine and complicity, first offense. The alleged offense occurred Nov. 25. She is accused of acting alone or in concert with Mark Jackson and Berry Martin.

Bond remained the same as set in district court, upon condition of dusk-to-dawn curfew except for employment, medical or family emergencies.

Mark Douglas Jackson (1969), of Glasgow, was charged with manufacturing methamphetamine and complicity, first offense; possession of a firearm by convicted felon; and persistent felony offender, first degree.

The alleged offenses occurred Nov. 25. He is accused of acting alone or in concert with Chrystal York and Berry Martin.

Bond remained the same as set in district court, upon condition of dusk-to-dawn curfew except for employment, medical or family emergencies.

Berry Clinton Martin (1991), of Upton, was charged with manufacturing methamphetamine and complicity, first offense; possession of firearm by a convicted felon; and second-degree persistent felony offender.

The alleged offenses occurred Nov. 25. He is accused of acting alone or in concert with Chrystal York and Mark Jackson.

Bail was set at $50,000 cash only plus condition of dusk-to-dawn curfew except for employment, medical or family emergencies.

The Greater Hardin County Narcotics Task Force investigated.

Arraignment is set for Jan. 6 in LaRue Circuit Court.

The indictment of a person by a grand jury is an accusation only. The person is innocent until and unless proven guilty.
