Several people were indicted May 20 by a LaRue County grand jury.
Steven Michael Sidebottom (1989) of Hodgenville, was charged with tampering with physical evidence, possession of drug paraphernalia and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, third offense.
He is accused of having a third DUI within five years and attempting to hide a pipe inside a police cruiser on March 18.
Bail was set at $5,000 cash only.
Hodgenville City Police investigated.
