 Public Retirees meet

Kentucky Public Retirees, Lincoln Trail Chapter, will hold meet 11:30 a.m. Jan. 13 at Ryan’s Family Steak House, 1034 Executive Dr., Elizabethtown. Hardin County Judge/executive Harry Berry will be the guest speaker.


Retired teachers meet

The Elizabethtown, Hardin, LaRue Retired Teachers’ Association will meet 11:30 a.m. Jan. 16 in the atrium of Severns Valley Baptist Church, 1100 Ring Road, Elizabethtown. Lunch is $10. The program will feature a local pharmacist, who will dispel myths that can enable the patient to become more knowledgeable and accountable for health care. The community service projects for this season include spaghetti sauce and pasta. If Hardin County Schools are closed, the meeting is canceled. For more information, call 270-737-8063. 


Senior Citizens music
