Brian Woosley with Stiles Carter & Associates presented the audit report to the school board Sept. 20. The report showed the total general fund cash at June 30, 2010 of $6.9 million, which was up from $6.5 million the previous year.
Revenue for the general fund was $16.6 million in 2010 with expenditures of $16.4 million. The fund balance for the general fund increased by $180,000 in 2010.
Woosley noted the food service program remains financially stable and self-sustaining. He also pointed out the program purchased $83,000 in equipment during the fiscal year.
