LaRue County Schools’ students can continue their reading pleasure and skills in July thanks to a summer reading program sponsored by Hodgenville and Abraham Lincoln elementary schools’ family resource centers.
“Statistics show that students who do not read during the summer, their reading level goes down,” said Melissa Pearman, Hodgenville FRC coordinator. “This is a great opportunity for them to read some good books and see their friends, too.”
