Kindergarten Here I Come
Hodgenville Elementary School will hold “Kindergarten Here I Come” 9-10 a.m. Sept. 7 for students who will start school at HES next year. Parents should attend. Tour de LaRue
The Tour de LaRue bike ride will begin at 10 a.m. Sept. 17 at Hodgenville Elementary School. Contact the PE teachers at the schools to register for this event.

The Bethlehem High School Drama Department will present “The Matchmaker” 7:30 p.m. Sept. 24 and 2 p.m. Sept. 25. All performances will be held at the Bardstown/Nelson County Civic Center. Admission is $5 for students/seniors and $8 for adults.
LaRue County Reads
Volunteer to tutor a child in reading for one-half hour each week at one of the local schools. Volunteers must attend a short training class. To volunteer or for more information, call Sarah Hornback at the LaRue County Board of Education at 358-8334 or 358-4111.

Western Kentucky University’s Office of Admissions will host an open house 6-8 p.m. Sept. 27 at the Pritchard Community Center in Elizabethtown.
