The LaRue County Board of Education met Sept. 17.
Among the topics discussed were the ‘Bang for the Buck’ program and reroofing and recoating of the high school gymnasium roof.
The program measures the ratio of educational performance per dollar spent that determines whether Kentucky is operating an efficient system – a system that provides students, parents and taxpayers good ‘Bang for the Buck.’
LaRue County ranks in the top 20 out of 169 other school districts with high schools – based on ACT scores.
