The LaRue County School Board approved a tentative budget May 19.
Property, franchise, motor vehicle and utility taxes remain the same as the current year working budget.
The district’s largest chunk of revenue comes from SEEK (Support Education Excellence in Kentucky) funding – $10.5 million. Another $3 million comes from property and vehicle taxes.
