A Hodgenville man was charged with first-degree robbery Friday evening after he allegedly robbed a store clerk at knifepoint. The suspect, identified as 30-year-old Bradley Hovious, then walked outside the store where a Hodgenville City officer was waiting with handcuffs.
About 10 p.m., a firefighter was purchasing gas from IGA Express on Lincoln Boulevard, according to Chief Steve Johnson. The firefighter, who preferred to remain anonymous, noticed a “suspicious-looking person hanging around the parking lot” and notified dispatch.
