The Red Hill Cemetery Commission met Monday for about 15 minutes.
The group approved minutes and financial records for the period July 2012 to June 2013. There was $31,954.73 in income; $14,693 in general expenses.
After taking out payroll expenses, health insurance, retirement and taxes, maintenance and repairs, the Commission lost $37,467.13 during that period.
Diane Osborne asked the commissioners to look at a couple of trees that had been damaged by a storm sometime in the past. She said it is possible they could fall on and damage several monuments.
Hodgenville Mayor Terry Cruse and Red Hill Caretaker Tim Robertson said the trees appear to be stable.
The Commission agreed to change meeting dates. They will meet at 6:30 p.m. on the second Monday during March and September so financial statements will be more up to date.
