Preliminary hearings for two Elizabethtown men charged with three counts of first-degree wanton endangerment are set for Feb. 3 in LaRue District Court.
Twins Jeremy Finch and Joshua Finch, 25, were charged after they allegedly fired a total of 12 shells outside a residence at 136 Browns Court Jan. 19. At least six of the rounds struck a vehicle.
Three people were inside the home when the alleged incident occurred, according to Hodgenville Police Chief John Cottrill.
Both men were lodged in the LaRue County Jail.
