LaRue Fiscal Court has no plans to adopt a resolution about the proposed Bluegrass Pipeline.
Magistrates Ronald Dale Nunn, W.L. Miller, Ricky Whitlock and Tony Stewart, last week said it is a “private” decision by individuals to allow a pipeline carrying highly-flammable natural gas liquids on their properties.
Nunn said he had heard “more people for (the pipeline) than against it.” He said it was safer to transport the liquids through a pipeline than on Interstate 65.
Stewart said he had heard from both sides of the issue.
