 The smiles on the children’s faces as they receive toys from Santa may be thanks enough. But Ann “Snookie” Morrison and her Santa’s Helpers deserve a huge thank you for the many hours and personal sacrifices they make to bring Christmas cheer to families. Every Christmas Eve for nearly 50 years, the group, founded by Snookie’s husband, Bobby, has made the rounds to five stops in the county.
