PHOTO: Nifty Needles

 The Nifty Needles group donated more than 130 handmade pillowcases to Sunrise Manor Nursing Home residents. This group meets at the Extension Office once a month to work on service projects. Anyone is welcome to join and help out, if you are a non-sewer you can help with other tasks. The next meeting is 10 a.m. Jan. 21 at the Extension Office date. They will work on fleece hats for veterans.
