PHOTO: Man injured in crash

 Vincent Couch, 19, was injured Monday morning when he lost control of the 1998 Ford Explorer he was driving. The vehicle was northbound on Ky. 1607 (Shepherdsville Road) when it left the right side of the roadway. Investigating officer Deputy Russell McCoy said the Explorer struck a culvert and came to rest in the ditch. Couch struck his head but refused medical transport. Couch was wearing a seatbelts and the airbags deployed.
