The following civil suits are filed in LaRue County Circuit Court in Hodgenville. Et al is a Latin abbreviation meaning “and others.” Lawsuits give only one side of a disagreement and do not reflect any counterclaims and/or settlements that may have occurred since the initial suit was filed.

Several civil cases were dismissed without prejudice March 4 in LaRue Circuit Court. The cases may be reinstated.

They include:

n William F. Harned vs. Wayne Willis, filed 2005, dismissed for lack of prosecution
