DUI

Kelton S. Ford (1995), failure to wear seatbelt, dismissed by motion of prosecutor; operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, dismissed by motion of prosecutor; improper parking, guilty. Fined $218. Charged Nov. 25, 2012, disposed June 25, 2014.

Anthony Rigdon (1974), operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, guilty. Operator license suspended 90 days, sentenced to 48 hours, credit for 24 hours served, 24 hours suspended, two years probation, 90 days ADE, fined $688. Charged May 15, disposed June 25, 2014.

Martin J. Hernandez Cortez (1973), operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, aggravator, guilty; no operator’s license, guilty. Sentenced to 10 days, suspended; sentenced to four days on DUI, 90 days ADE, operator license suspended 90 days; Charged May 14, disposed June 18, 2014.

Candy S. Hyde (1966), operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, aggravator, guilty; driving on DUI suspended license, guilty; possession of open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle, merged. Witness failed to appear for second time in court. Charged June 14, 2013, disposed July 2.

Dustin S. Brewer (1980), operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, guilty; failure to wear seatbelt, merged. Operator license suspended 90 days, ADE, fined $773. Sentenced to four days, credit for two days served. Charged May 19, 2013, disposed July 2.

George A. Quesenberry (1957), operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, second offense, guilty. Operator license suspended for 12 months, KAPS, sentenced to 14 days. Fined $823. Charged June 12, disposed July 9.

Chad E. Skaggs (1987), operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, not guilty; possession of marijuana, not guilty; rear license not illuminated, guilty; possession of alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle, guilty. Fined $223. Charged Nov. 18, 2012, disposed July 15, 2014.
