DUI

The following cases of Driving Under the Influence and the resolution of those cases are found in LaRue District Court: ADE is an abbreviation for Alcohol Driver Education, KAPS stands for Kentucky Alternative Program. Dane L. Allen (1987), rear license not illuminated, merged; operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, guilty; possession of marijuana, guilty. Sentenced to 48 hours, credit for 24 hours served on DUI: sentenced to 10 days, suspended, on possession of marijuana. Fined $983, 90 days ADE, KAPS, charged Nov. 23, disposed Dec. 4.

Douglas W. Martin (1955), operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, guilty; possession of open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle, merged. Operator license suspended 90 days, ADE, KAPS, $130 court costs waived; fined $773. Sentenced to two days, credit for one day served. Charged Nov. 17, disposed Dec. 4.

Lynnsey N. Johnson (1994), operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, under age 21, guilty; speeding 11 mph over, merged; possession of open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle, guilty. Ordered to enroll in early intervention program, license revoked 30 days, fined $323, Charged Nov. 2, disposed Dec. 11.

Jason R. Davis (1977), operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, aggravator, guilty; reckless driving, merged; no operator license, guilty. Operator license suspended 90 days, ADE, KAPS, sentenced to four days. Fined $848; $130 court costs waived. Charged Nov. 7, disposed Nov. 27.

Patricia A. Webb (1959), careless driving, guilty; operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, pre-trial diversion, 12 months. Court costs of $130 waived. Sentenced to seven days, suspended; fined $350, suspended. Charged June 23, disposed Dec. 4.

Jennifer S. White (1972), operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, aggravator, guilty. Operator license suspended 90 days, sentenced to four days home incarceration, ordered to pay for monitor, 90 days ADE, KAPS, fined $773. Charged Oct. 11, disposed Dec. 11.

Val C. Brewer (1957), operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, aggravator, guilty; improper equipment, merged. Operator license suspended 90 days, KAPS, $130 court costs waived, sentenced to four days, fined $773. Charged Aug. 22, disposed Dec. 11.
