McDowell's success based on hard work and service

Several hundred people attended the open house and anniversary celebration of McDowell’s Farm Machinery Saturday at the LaRue County Fairgrounds.
At least 300 people stopped by to congratulate owner Donald McDowell on his business success, feast on hamburgers catered by the LaRue County Beef Producers and look over a dozen or so Mahindra tractors parked on the grounds.
Customers from several counties, employees, bankers, county officials, friends and family were part of the crowd.
