Man indicted for cultivating marijuana

A Hodgenville man was indicted Dec. 20 by a LaRue County grand jury on several drug charges.

Christopher R. Logsdon, 34, of Carter Brothers Road, was charged with cultivating marijuana, five or more plants; possession of firearm while committing an offense; trafficking in marijuana; first-degree possession of a controlled substance; and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The alleged incidents occurred in February 2010, according to Kentucky State Police.

Bail was set at $5,000 cash only on condition of dusk to dawn curfew except for employment and medical or family emergencies.

He was arraigned Jan. 3 in LaRue Circuit Court.

The indictment of a person by a grand jury is an accusation only and the person is innocent until and unless proven guilty.
