Kentucky State Police executed arrest and search warrants at Tucker’s cabin April 12 after an 8-year-old girl, identified as a relative of Tucker’s, told an adult about events that allegedly occurred at the residence within the last two months.
According to court records, the child said Tucker showed her pornographic movies on television, images of nude children and adults on a computer and pornographic magazines. The child also alleges that Tucker touched her in a sexual manner.
Trooper Jonathan Vaughn said several items of evidence were obtained at the residence. Court records indicate a laptop computer was among those items.

He was arraigned in LaRue District Court.
