Lincoln National Bank was high bidder on a pair of historic buildings that sold Thursday morning at the courthouse door.
The buildings, which once housed restaurants – Mama Sond’s and later Abe’s Country Cooking – were sold by Master Commissioner at the LaRue County Courthouse. They have been empty since Abe’s closed in January 2011.
The property was owned by Hodgenville Main Street Renaissance Inc. until about a year ago when the organization was dissolved by the City of Hodgenville.
