Local students graduate from Campbellsville University

136 students participate in commencement

Campbellsville University's 136 undergraduate and graduate students were told to seize opportunities when they come their way at commencement Dec. 10 at Campbellsville Baptist Church.

The following students have been awarded degrees from Campbellsville University:

•  Alice Susan Underdonk Brewer of Hodgenville, a graduate of North Hardin High School, the daughter of Deloras Underdonk of Radcliff and the late Robert Underdonk, graduated magna cum laude. She graduated with a bachelor of science in early childhood education.

•  Amber Nicole Jinnett of Hodgenville, a graduate of LaRue County High School, the daughter of David and Aggie Jinnett, both of Hodgenville. She graduated with a bachelor of science in elementary education.

• Antonia Leigh Davila of Hodgenville, a graduate of LaRue County High School, the daughter of Lauro and Barbara Davila of Hodgenville. She graduated with a bachelor of science in business administration in marketing.

• Sharon Denise Bryant Gibson of Hodgenville, a graduate of Taylor County High School, the daughter of Wanda Brockman of Campbellsville, and the late Randall Bryant, graduated magna cum laude. She graduated with a bachelor of science in business administration in management.

• Sylvia Nichole White of Hodgenville, a graduate of LaRue Baptist School, the daughter of Keith White of Somerset and Sharon Gibson of Hodgenville. She graduated with a bachelor of science in business administration in healthcare management.

• Kayla Renee McDowell of Magnolia, a graduate of LaRue County High School. She graduated with a bachelor of science in interdisciplinary early childhood education.

• Carmen Danielle Drake of Sonora, a graduate of LaRue County High School, the daughter of David and Carolyn Drake, both of Hodgenville. She graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor of music in music education with vocal emphasis.
