A Hodgenville business was burglarized Saturday, losing about $10,000 in merchandise.
Someone cut a lock on the side door and broke a window to gain access to Smoketown II on South Lincoln Boulevard between 10:40 and 10:45 p.m., according to LaRue County Deputy Matt Darst. The building’s alarm was activated.Owner John Lewis estimated between $8,000 and $10,000 worth of Marlboro cigarettes were taken, Darst said.
