The Lincoln Days Celebration will be held Oct. 6-7, however, the opening reception and art show will be held 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday.
The welcoming event will be held in the Lincoln Museum Community Room on the square. The Crosstown Homemakers will cater the refreshments. There is no charge to attend.
In the past, artists have submitted works in photography, wood sculpture, inks, collage, oils and watercolors. The first place winner in the Lincoln division will receive $400 and the entry will be added to the permanent art collection.
