Turn everyone’s water back on
There is a bully mentality at City Hall that has become unacceptable.
My father, Jim LaRue, has had his water on Greensburg Street turned off by the City in the last three months not once but twice for alleged non-payment.
In both instances, my father (who is very good with numbers) paid his bill on time via check. Both times, he was told by a city employee his check had not cleared. Interestingly, the other bills he paid the same day, via check, did clear.
