A few years ago, Congress passed into law proclaiming June 14 as National Flag Day.
A great many do so in this county today. At one time, this wasn’t so here.
Americans who have lived in a country outside of the good old USA, serving there, not being liked because you are Americans, you know they despise you, yet you do your duty. As you are driving on their roads, you drive by an American installation and you see the old red, white, blue, then you feel very proud to be an American. Then you know why some of us fly the flag every day.
