Tonight’s football game against Green County has been moved to 7 p.m., according to Superintendent Sam Sanders.
Inclement weather is expected to move into the area and school officials thought it best to schedule the game an hour early.
The game will be played at Hawk field.
Also at the game, the LaRue County High School cheerleaders will honor Ashley Long as they promote community awareness of childhood cancer.
Ashley was diagnosed with leukemia three years ago. She has undergone two bone marrow transplants as part of her treatment.
The cheerleaders will wear gold ribbons and pass out ribbons to those in attendance as gold is the symbol for Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.
