The Lady Hawks won their softball opener Monday against Edmonson County, 3-2.
Amelia Miller struck out 10, allowed three walks, two hits and one earned run.
Valerie Whitlock singled twice and scored two runs, while Megan Mauldin and Christian Cox each singled.
The Lady Hawks lost 9-2 at North Hardin on Tuesday. Weather permitting, the team is scheduled to play Thursday at Hart County and Friday at Caverna before taking a Florida trip during spring break.
The team’s next home game is April 13 against Elizabethtown High School.
