Lady Hawks to play for Region championship

The Lady Hawks advance to region finals after defeating Nelson County Sunday, 68-67. It's the first time in the school's history a girls' basketball team has advanced to this point in the tournament.

The championship will be played 6:30 p.m. March 5 at Green County High School. The Lady Hawks will play the #1 team in the state - undefeated Marion County.
