After 35 seasons, the Horse Cave Theatre and Kentucky Repertory Theatre is closing.
“We are sad to say that we will not be opening our doors for a 2013 season. Economic pressures have made it impossible to continue,” is a message on the theatre’s website.
The small (355 seats), professional theatre has staged 232 productions. The first production was “Candida” by George Bernard Shaw in 1977.
