Kentucky author is keynote speaker at Christian writing conference

Northside Baptist Church in Elizabethtown will host the 13th annual Kentucky Christian Writers Conference Friday and Saturday. The conference, which is inter-denominational, features workshops and concurrent sessions on topics including fiction, devotionals and writing for children. Kentucky native Terry Whalin, a non-fiction author and publisher, will be the keynote speaker. Registration begins at 8 a.m. each day. Cost of registration for both days, which includes most meals, is $175. One-day registration is $100 for Friday and $90 for Saturday.
