Judge-executive Tommy Turner assured LaRue County magistrates meeting at the courthouse in Hodgenville Feb. 26 that even if Taylor County Animal Shelter closes, LaRue Countians will still have a place to take stray animals.
“We have to come up with something, and we will come up with something,” said Turner, who told the court he had been in contact with Eddie Rogers, Taylor County judge/executive, and with other judge-executives in nearby counties.
