A series of events, beginning with a hit-and-run, led to a Hodgenville man being charged with numerous counts, including manufacturing methamphetamine.
Edward James “Homer” Joiner Jr., 39, has been charged with cultivating marijuana, five plants or more; cultivating marijuana, fewer than five plants; two counts of manufacturing meth; two counts of buy or possession of drug paraphernalia; and prescription (controlled substance) not in original container.
