Several people were indicted by a grand jury in LaRue Circuit Court in August. Arraignment for each is Sept. 6.
Anthony T. Scherer (1970) of Hodgenville was indicted Aug. 15 on one count each of receiving stolen property, first-degree fleeing and evading police and first-degree persistent felony offender.
He is accused of taking a 2006 Jeep, knowing that it was stolen or having reason to believe it was stolen, valued at $10,000 or more. The alleged offenses occurred June 8.
