Hodgenville man pleads guilty to amended charges in Taylor

Conviction could result in 10-year prison term

A Hodgenville man accused of raping a young girl has pleaded guilty to amended charges and was sentenced to 90 days in jail for his crimes.

Joshua O. Henderson, 25, of 320 Devores Lane was indicted by a Taylor County grand jury in July 2009 on charges of third-degree rape and intimidating a participant in a legal process.

On Tuesday, Henderson pleaded guilty to sexual misconduct and facilitation to commit intimidation in Taylor Circuit Court.

According to the indictment, Henderson was accused of having sex with a girl younger than age 16 in July 2008.
