Hodgenville man dies in motorcycle crash

Wreck occurs near Marion County community of Raywick

A Hodgenville man died in a motorcycle crash near Raywick Monday afternoon.

Lennie Vincent, 61, was driving a 1995 Kawasaki near the intersection of Brown Mattingly Road and KY 527 about 3:20 p.m. Vincent “failed to negotiate a curve” and the motorcycle traveled straight, left the roadway and struck a barbed wire fence, according to Kentucky State Police.

Vincent, who was not wearing a helmet, was thrown from the motorcycle. He was pronounced dead at the scene by the Marion County coroner.

Trooper Brian Coyt is investigating.

Vincent is survived by two sons, Lennie Clifton Vincent and Michael Landon Vincent, both of Hodgenville. His funeral was Saturday at Gravil Funeral Home in Brownsville.
