Torrential rains washed down three tandem truck loads of gravel onto Peake Road near Knob Creek, county road supervisor Clyde Veirs told members of fiscal court meeting at the courthouse in Hodgenville April 13.
“And we’re not done hauling gravel off the road yet,” said Veirs. “Mainly, we’ve been cleaning up the mess from floodwaters.”
