The man accused of killing a LaRue County resident was indicted Nov. 19 by a grand jury in Nelson County.
Kenneth Craig “Sprout” Mattingly, 33, of Boston faces multiple charges including one count of murder and a charge of complicity to commit murder.
The victim was Donald Carey Marshall, 47, of Hodgenville, owner and operator of Marshall Quality Builders and the father of two sons, Branden Marshall and Kippy Marshall. He was buried in a family cemetery in New Haven on Nov. 14, the same day Kentucky State Police arrested Mattingly.
