It’s time to get up off the couch and head outdoors ... or at least its time to save the date to get up and moving. On Oct. 11, LaRue County is participating in a statewide event to promote healthy living.
The LaRue County Cooperative Extension Service is promoting Second Sunday — an event that encourages physical activity.
