Free screening available for children

The LaRue County Early Childhood Council is sponsoring a free screening for children up to age 5 today at the LaRue County Expo.

An early childhood screening helps identify children who may benefit from educational services before they enter school and provides parents with resources that may help. Parents who are concerned about their child's progress, health issues, speech, vision or hearing may find the information helpful.

The screening will be in the high school chorus room. Participants receive a parent video and children’s book.
