Free financial counseling offered

In light of the current economic hardships our community is undergoing Dr. Amanda Florence-Houk is offering free resource counseling courses at A&B Adult Healthcare, 2407 Ring Road, Suite 108, Elizabethtown, for those at or below 150 percent of the federal poverty guidelines.

Courses include:

•How to create a spending plan (April 22, June 10, July 15, Sept. 30)
