Fort Knox Federal Credit Union expands its branch network with the official opening of its newest facility at 299 Lincoln Drive in Hodgenville.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony will be 11 a.m. June 11 at the new branch building.

While this is a new location, “Fort Knox Federal is no stranger to the residents of LaRue County,” President and CEO Bill Rissel said. “We have nearly 2,000 long-time and loyal members here and we look forward to serving not only our current members with this convenient new branch, but adding many more to our field of membership.”

Taylor County-based general contractor, Blevins Construction Co., managed the construction project and utilized Hodgenville area subcontractors as much as possible.

Hodgenville is the latest project in an ambitious building schedule. Within the last 12 months, Fort Knox Federal has opened a new branch in Campbellsville, built a free-standing replacement branch in Brandenburg, completed construction of the Hodgenville branch and started construction of a new free-standing branch in Danville.

This summer, Fort Knox Federal will open a new branch within the Human Resources Center of Excellence complex at Fort Knox. The Center will be the new home of the U.S. Army’s human resources function.
