LaRue County Fiscal Court authorized County Attorney Dale Morris to take legal action to resolve an issue concerning property in Magnolia owned by an Illinois woman as the magistrates met at the courthouse in Hodgenville June 28.
The house, located at 392 Old L&N Turnpike in Magnolia, burned almost two years ago. According to Jill Gray, solid waste coordinator, the owner, Karen Holm, has refused to clean the debris or fill in the exposed basement.
